Transport Assistance
If you hold a community services card we can help you with transport to hospital appointments in Thames, Whitianga and Hamilton. We’ll either provide a subsidy towards travel costs if you drive yourself, or we have volunteer drivers available to take you to your appointment.
We also operate a community van that goes to Thames on Thursday, and Whitianga on Friday.
Thames:
leaving Coromandel at 9am Thursday, and leaving Thames at
2pm for return.
Whitianga:
Leaving Coromandel at 10:30am Friday. and leaving Whitianga at 3 pm for return.
We ask a Koha of $12 for a return trip. The van is wheelchair accessible.

Computer Access
We have three computers available for public use at The Resource Centre – 45 Tiki Road Coromandel, from 10am to 3 pm Monday – Thursday.
We also have a printer and scanner available.

A4 B&W, 10c per side
A3 B&W, 20c per side
A4 colour, 50c per side
A3 colour, 70c per side
Courses and Training
CILT, and other community organisations around Coromandel, run a number of training courses. such as the popular ‘Incredible Years – Parent Programme’.
